Rick Warren listed "Vision" in his list of leadership non-negotiables in this excellent post. I must say, as I read what he meant by that single word in the three sentences below, it resonated with me--to the point of tears in my eyes: I am going to die far too soon to be involved in a church that does not have a compelling vision. Inspire me, get me excited about where we are going, tell me how we are getting there… or, let me do it. Either way… this is a pretty big deal for me.
