- Take a brisk walk.
- Read something inspiring.
- Lose weight.
- Go to a used book sale.
- Get a good night's sleep.
- Organize something (closet, garage, drawer, etc.).
- Listen to 70's music (but not disco).
- See one of Shakespeare's plays.
- Do something surprisingly nice for someone.
- Worship.
- Spend time outside.
- Chop wood.
- Have a leisurely dinner with the wife.
- Cancel a meeting.
- Plan a vacation.
- Pray (especially prayers of thanks).
- Pay someone a compliment.
- Give something away.
- Take a shower.
- Get a massage.
- Get lost in a great story (book or movie).
- Clear your schedule.
- Do a little reading at Starbucks.
- Read a book to a kid.
- Browse through family photos.
