Are You Dangerous?

Leaders don’t need to have all the answers. In fact, we should be concerned about leaders with all the answers. They are dangerous (Rick Warren).

    So to be un-dangerous is the key ingredient humility or discernment or ????

    Or, to be dangerous in a GOOD way, I think, yes, humility--the humility that says, "I don't know everything," and "I could be wrong"--would be key.
